Jojoelle was founded in 2007 when we took over the scents of Green Lady Soap. We are located in Magnolia, Texas, USA.

International Shipping We accept international sales. Please go through checkout and choose "store pickup" and pay for your order without shipping costs. When your order is ready, you will be billed the exact ship cost. If you need an estimate prior to purchase, please contact us we will give you an "estimate".

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover through a secure merchant account. We are no longer accepting Paypal. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted. Please allow up to 5 days for personal checks to clear before your order is mailed.

Returns

Do to the nature of the business, we cannot accept returns. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for replacement. Items will need to be returned to us, and return shipping will be refunded upon arrival.
